"Kettlebells +" workout of the day

Alternating 6's.. alternate between two exercises for 6minutes

a1: 10 Power wheel pikeup
a2: 10 Power wheel hamstring curl

b1: 10 D-ball clean and press
b2: 10 D-ball squat

c1: 25 kettlebell swings
c2: 10 box jumps

d1: 20 yards kettlebell walking lunges
d2: 10 renegade row
